球状活性炭简介：

    柱状活性炭主要包括煤质柱状活性炭和木质柱状活性炭。

    球状活性炭采用优质褐煤或无烟煤及粘合剂、催化剂等经粉碎、混合、成球、干燥、碳化、活化而制成。

    外观：灰黑色球状或椭球状。

球状活性炭特点：

    具有较大的比表面积和空隙机构。机械强度高，脱硫性能好。硫容量高，应用阻力小，气流分布均匀等优点。

球状活性炭规格：

球状活性炭用途：

    广泛应用于净化半水煤气、原料气天然气、油田气、煤气、及二氧化碳气体中的H2S及部分有机硫化物。 

    适用性：气相吸附，汽油回收，有机溶剂回收，杂质和有害气体的祛除。

吸附性：

    球状活性炭的主要特性表现在吸附性上，球状活性炭的吸附性能分为物理吸附和化学吸附。物理吸附是由于活性炭具有多孔性，故使其具有巨大的比表面积，致使其具有强吸附性。球状活性炭的微孔孔容一般约为0.25～0.9ml/g，BET比表面积约为 500～2000m2/g。

    球状活性炭不仅含碳，而且含功能团形式的氧和氢，例如羰基、羧基、酚类、内酯类、醌类和醚类基团，这些基团可与其它物质的分子形成化学键起到化学吸附的作用。

    超纯水在制作过程中，需要对有机物进行去除，一般的吸附材料或膜对小分子有机物无法有效去除。球状活性炭，通过高效吸附有机小分子物质，同时自身离子污染物少，可以***超纯水制作的可靠性。球状活性炭与多孔聚胺酯泡沫的复合结构可作为化学过滤器用于吸附气体中的小分子杂质。由于具有特殊的结构，这种过滤器有很多优点：高效过滤性，低空气压降，自身粉尘释放量低，同时自重轻。这种过滤器是高效洁净室的。

球状活性炭注意事项：

1、活性炭在运输过程中，防止与坚硬物质混状，不可踩、踏，以防炭粒破碎，影响质量。

2、储存 应储存于多孔型吸附剂，所以在运输储存和使用过程中，都要防止水浸，因水浸后，大量水充满活性空隙，使其失去作用。

3、防止焦油类物质 在使用过程中，应禁止焦油类物质带入活性炭床，以免堵塞活性炭空隙，使其失去吸附作用。有除焦设备净化气体。

4、防火 活性炭在储存或运输时，防止与火源直接接触，以防着火、活性炭再生时避免进氧并再生***，再生后必须用蒸汽冷却降至80℃以下，否则温度高，遇氧，活性炭自燃。

Globular activated carbon to note:
