脱硫活性炭简介:
脱硫活性炭是一种含硫材料制成的外观呈黑色、无味、***,内部孔隙结构发达。比表面积大,吸附能力强的一类微晶质碳素材料,是一种常用的吸附剂。 活性炭按外观形状分为:粉状、颗粒状、不规则颗粒状、圆柱形、球型和纤维状等。脱硫活性炭指的是在汽油精制过程中,利用活性炭负载磺化钛氰钴,对原油中超标硫醇进行脱除,从而减少汽油含硫量,提高品质。符合国家环保排放的要求。
脱硫活性炭特点:
① 比表面积大、吸附值高。作为装载磺化钛氰钴的活性炭,要求亚甲蓝吸附值要高,中孔发达,负载量超过普通活性炭。
② 强度好,不易碎。由于负载磺化钛氰钴活性炭,要在固定床中反复接受压力考验,溶液浸泡,所以要求强度要高,颗粒是自然形状。
③ 灰份杂质含量少。为了确保催化剂顺利进行化学反应,要尽量减少炭中灰份,金属离子等各种杂质含量。提高活性炭孔隙利用率。
④ 水分低。尽可能保持活性炭***水分,避免影响其功能发挥。
脱硫活性炭按生产原料可分为:
活性炭脱硫剂有两种:一种是用于粗脱硫的普通活性炭脱硫剂,还有一种是用于精脱硫的改性活性炭脱硫剂.前者常以煤为原料,以焦油为胶粘剂挤条成型后经炭化处理,再用水蒸气活化,经筛分后制成.后者常选用已成型的活性炭,用活性炭金属盐容液等浸渍后,再经干燥、焙烧和过筛后制得.如在活性炭上涂渍上乙醇胺等可以使活性炭得以改性,能脱除大部分的有机硫醚.

Preparation:

Because of fine desulfurizer in the process of preparation of activated carbon has added some appropriate can greatly speed up the reaction of active component, so don't need like activated carbon when using coarse desulfurization agent that add ammonia in raw material.
